Cultivation Method: Farmed for 18-24 months.

Culture Method: Initial 2mm seeds are upwelled in May and placed in Vexar nursery bags until fall. In October, they are planted directly on the tidal flats and harvested by hand-picking at low tides or dredging during higher tides.
