Culture Method: a process of bag raising and beach finishing. Initially, the growers introduce these oysters to the beach in large mesh grow-out bags placed on the bottom. This is where they increase in size and develop plump whole meats. After a few months, the growers transfer them from the bags onto the beach to finish growing.
