With 15 years of experience as a chef in Atlanta, Georgia, I’ve had the pleasure of working in restaurants, resorts, and even a waterpark. My passion for oysters led me to create this comprehensive platform for oyster enthusiasts and culinary professionals alike.

Beyond my professional life, I’m a proud dad to two wonderful sons. My family is my greatest joy and inspiration, and they motivate me to share my love for oysters with the world.
